Basic Equipment

All properties selected by Wellhome-Valencia include as basic equipment the following installations and appliances:

·         Heating and/or cooling: air conditioning (electric), hot water central heating (gas), or electrical heating (radiators).

·         Washing machine with spin and usually there is a special space with lines to hang the washing out, or a clothes horse to use indoors. Most of the flats have no clothes dryer

·         Ceramic or gas hobs

·         Electric oven

·         Microwave

·         Extractor hood

·         Fridge freezer (minimum 3 stars)

·         Iron plus ironig board

·         Hoover

·         TV in lounge

·         Kitchenware (includes a mixer, a juice extractor, a Italian style coffe-pot and a toaster)

·         Bed linen and towels (a set of two pieces of towels per person per week)

 

Some of our flats have additional equipment which will be specified in their descriptions.

·         Internet connection

·         Dvd

·         Hi-fi or mini hi-fi system

·         Dishwasher

·         Hair dryer

·         Electric fans

·         Electric radiators

·         Clothes dryer

 

On request

·         Our flats do not normally have kettles, but we can provide you with one on request (free of charge)  depending on the availability.

·         We can provide with a cot in the flat (free of charge). The cot has a mattress, mattress protector, bed linen,  a cotton bedspread or a blanket depending on the season. Please ask us for checking the availability.

·         As some flats may not have Internet connection, we can in those cases provide hardware that can be loaded into your computer with a PCMCIA card that we can also provide. This will enable Internet connection for your stay, and can be used indoors or outside the flat. Please let us know if you require this service so we can check the technical requirements of your computer.

·         A spare inflatable bed can sometimes be provided with normal sheets and blankets, availability and space permitting.
